Thanks for choosing us to build, repair, or upgrade your gear!

Before we get started, here are a few things you should know so we're all on the same page.

💰 Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required upfront for custom builds or special-order parts.
Full payment is due when the job is completed or before shipping (if we're sending it to you).
We accept debit & credit cards, revolut, mobile/contactless, and cash.
Any unpaid balances must be cleared before pickup or delivery.

🧑‍💻 Customer Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, we ask that you:

Clearly communicate any special requirements or specs you want.
Provide honest info about issues you're experiencing with your PC, console, or controller.
Back up your data — we're not responsible for lost files during repairs.
Avoid tampering with any repairs or builds we've done, as it may void your warranty.

🛠️ Warranty & Repairs

Most custom PCs come with a 2 year warranty on parts and labor (unless stated otherwise).
Repairs are covered for 35 days unless the issue was caused by accidental or physical damage, water, or unauthorized modifications.
We only warranty our work and parts we supply — we can't guarantee third-party components or previously installed parts.

⚠️ Limitations of Liability

We do our absolute best to protect your gear, but:

We're not responsible for damage caused by prior faults, misuse, power surges, or poor handling after pickup/delivery.
We can't be held liable for data loss — please back up your files before bringing in your device.
If you modify or open a system we built or repaired, any warranty may be voided.

📦 Order Completion & Pickup

Once your build or repair is done, we'll contact you right away.
Please pick up within 5 working days to avoid storage fees.
Abandoned items (unpaid or uncollected) may be disposed of or resold after 45 days, as per our policy.
